Mantra jaap ka mool uddeshya hota hai man ko ekagrata dena aur aatma ko shuddh karna. Lekin jab man bhattak jata hai, to iska matlab hai ki aapka man abhi puri tarah se shaant aur kendrit nahi hua hai. Iske peeche kuch mukhya karan hote hain:
Man ka vyast hona
Aapke din bhar ke vichar, chintaen, ya kaam ke stress man ko vyast kar dete hain. Jab aap mantra jaap shuru karte hain, to ye purane vichar man mein aate hain aur dhyan bhatak jata hai.

Mantra jaap mein man ko kendrit rakhne ke liye kuch saral aur prabhavi upay apna sakte hain:
Sthir aur shaant sthal chunein
Aapka mantra jaap ka sthal shaant aur vyavadhan-mukt hona chahiye. Isse man ko bahari vighn kam milte hain.
Mantra ka arth samjhein
Jo mantra aap jaap rahe hain, uska arth aur mahatva samajhna zaroori hai. Jab aap mantra ki shakti ko samajh kar jaap karenge, to man usme adhik ruchi lega.
Saans par dhyan kendrit karein
Mantra jaap ke dauran apni saanson par dhyan dena man ko shaant karne mein madad karta hai. Saans ko dheere-dheere lena aur chhodna man ko kendrit karta hai.
Chhote samay ke liye jaap shuru karein
Agar aapka man jaldi bhattakta hai, to shuru mein chhote samay ke liye mantra jaap karein, jaise 5-10 minute. Dheere-dheere samay badhate jayein.
Niyamit abhyas karein
Rozana niyamit mantra jaap se man ki ekagrata badhti hai. Yeh ek prakriya hai jo samay ke saath sudharti hai.

Vishram aur sharirik swasthya ka dhyan rakhein
Achhi neend aur vyayam se sharir aur man dono swasth rahte hain, jisse dhyan kendrit karna asaan hota hai.
Mantra jaap ke samay mobile aur anya vighn door rakhein
Bahari vighn man ko asani se bhattakate hain. Isliye mantra jaap ke samay apne aas-paas ki vyavastha sudharen.
Mantra jaap ke liye sahi samay chunein
Subah ke shant samay ya shaam ko mantra jaap karna adhik labhdayak hota hai, kyunki tab man shaant hota hai. Jiske sastro me sandhya kaal kaha jata hai.
