Roz Sadhna Ke Baad Result Nahi Aane Ki 5 Badi Galtiyan Jo Aapki Energy Ko Block Karti Hain

Roz sadhna karne ke baad bhi jab aapko apne andar koi badlav ya result mehsoos nahi hota, toh yeh bahut hi frustrating ho sakta hai. Aksar log sochte hain ki shayad unka sadhna ka tarika hi galat hai, ya phir unmein koi kami hai. Lekin asal mein, aapki energy ko block karne wali kuch aam galtiyan hoti hain jo aapke spiritual aur mental progress ko rok deti hain. Agar aap in galtiyon ko samajh kar sudhar lein, toh aap apni sadhna se behtareen natije dekh sakte hain.

1. Sadhna Mein Lagatar Dhyan Na Dena


Sadhna ka matlab sirf rozana kuch der baithna nahi hota, balki usmein lagatar dhyan lagana zaroori hai. Bahut log shuru mein bahut utsahit hote hain, lekin kuch din baad unka dhyan bhatakne lagta hai. Jab aap apne man ko ekagrata nahi de paate, toh aapki energy scatter ho jati hai. Isse sadhna ka asar kam ho jata hai.


Kya karein:

  • Rozana ek nishchit samay par sadhna karein.

  • Apne man ko dhyan mein lane ke liye shuruaat mein chhote sessions rakhein, jaise 10-15 minute.

  • Man bhatakne par use gently wapas dhyan mein le aayein.


2. Apne Aap Par Zyada Pressure Dalna


Sadhna ek prakriya hai jo apne aap mein samay leti hai. Jab aap apne aap par zyada pressure dalte hain ki turant result aaye, toh aapki energy block ho sakti hai. Yeh soch aapke man mein stress aur frustration badhati hai, jo sadhna ke liye hanikarak hai.


Kya karein:

  • Apne progress ko samay dein.

  • Har din ki chhoti chhoti safaltaon ko celebrate karein.

  • Sadhna ko ek ananddayak anubhav banayein, na ki bojh.


3. Galat Sadhna Vidhi Apnana


Har vyakti ke liye sadhna ki vidhi alag ho sakti hai. Jo vidhi kisi aur ke liye kaam karti hai, zaroori nahi ki aapke liye bhi utni hi prabhavi ho. Agar aap apni energy ko block kar rahe hain, toh ho sakta hai ki aap galat sadhna vidhi apna rahe hain.


Kya karein:

  • Apne guru ya kisi anubhavi vyakti se salah mashwara karein.

  • Alag alag sadhna ki vidhiyaan try karein, jaise pranayama, mantra jaap, dhyan, ya kriya yoga.

  • Jo vidhi aapko shanti aur urja de, use apnayein.


4. Apne Jeevan Mein Asantulan


Sadhna sirf meditation ya dhyan tak simit nahi hai. Aapka poora jeevan, jaise aapka khana, neend, vyayam, aur manobal, sadhna ke prabhav ko badhate ya kam karte hain. Agar aap apne jeevan mein asantulan rakhte hain, toh aapki energy block ho sakti hai.


Kya karein:

  • Apne dincharya mein niyamit vyayam shamil karein.

  • Achhi neend lein, kam se kam 7-8 ghante.

  • Poshan se bharpoor khana khayein jo aapki sharirik aur mansik urja ko badhaye.


5. Apne Andar Ki Awaz Ko Na Sunna


Sadhna ka ek maqsad apne andar ki sachchai ko samajhna bhi hota hai. Jab aap apne andar ki awaaz ko ignore karte hain, ya apne emotions ko dabate hain, toh aapki energy block ho jati hai. Yeh aapke spiritual growth mein badha dalta hai.


Kya karein:

  • Roz thoda samay apne emotions ko samajhne aur mehsoos karne mein bitayein.

  • Apne andar ki awaaz ko likhne ya bolne ki koshish karein.

  • Zarurat pade toh kisi counselor ya spiritual guide se baat karein.
